The kitchen and dining areas flow naturally into these spaces, creating an environment that feels warm, grounded, and unhurried.

The Meadow House is ideal for guests who prefer a more intimate, home-like setting with strong ties to nature and plenty of space to slow down.

Reservation & Payment
To secure your place, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance, which will be due prior to the retreat.

Lodging taxes apply to the accommodation portion of the retreat and will be calculated at checkout.

The Grove Junior Suite $1,795.00—Private Double:
A cozy private suite designed for comfort and ease.
The Grove Junior Suite includes a double bed and private bathroom in an intimate, thoughtfully arranged space — perfect for guests who want privacy without the footprint of a full suite.
Ideal for guests who value quiet nights, simplicity, and a relaxed, home-like feel.

The Serenity Suite $1,695.00—Shared Queen:
A light and airy shared suite with easy access to the outdoors.
The Serenity Suite offers two queen beds, a private bathroom, and direct access to the porch — making it easy to step outside for morning air, evening conversations, or moments of reflection.
Perfect for guests who enjoy shared accommodations with extra space and indoor-outdoor flow.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and selected room at the retreat. This deposit secures your space and allows us to plan accommodations, programming, and staffing.
The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Once the final balance is paid, all payments are non-refundable.
Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any cancellations or changes to attendance.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.
