Make the Switch.

A carefully curated, all-in-one lifestyle reset.

Where movement, nourishment, and mindset come together to support lasting change.

THURSDAY, MAY 14th — SUNDAY, MAY 17th

The Switch Retreat is an intimate, four-day experience designed to help you step out of the noise and into a more intentional way of living. Hosted in serene Thomasville, Georgia, the retreat blends daily movement, chef-led nourishment, and guided mindset work into a rhythm that feels both restorative and grounding.

This is not about extremes or overhauling your life overnight. It’s about building strength, structure, and habits you can actually sustain — supported by thoughtful programming, beautiful surroundings, and a small group of women moving with the same intention.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, stronger, and more connected — not just to your body, but to the way you want to live moving forward.

Included in your experience

  • Daily movement sessions led by a certified instructor, blending strength and restorative work

  • Nourishing meals prepared on-site and designed for balance and sustainability

  • Guided mindset sessions focused on habit-building, structure, and real-life integration

  • Three nights of thoughtfully curated accommodations in a countryside estate

  • Planned downtime for rest, reflection, and integration

  • An intimate group setting limited to 10 women for depth and connection

Meet the Founders

Two founders, one mission: redefine wellness with balance. With backgrounds in nutrition, food, and fitness, Carolyn and Maya saw a gap between aesthetic wellness and realistic habits. The Switch Society Retreats were created to bring the two together—offering elevated, timeless experiences that feel as good as they look, and inspire a lasting shift in how people move, eat, and live.
