Recipe: Nut-Free Sunflower Seed Butter Protein Balls

A little Move & Mālama you can bring home with you. These nut-free sunflower butter protein balls are sweet, simple, and perfect for snack prep when you want something easy, satisfying, and made with feel-good ingredients.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups oats
• 1/2 cup coconut flakes
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup sunflower butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Stir oats, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips in a bowl.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

  3. Roll into balls.

  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
