03 / Nervous System Reset

A series of guided sessions designed to help you build confidence, understand the small “switches” that support your nervous system, and leave with tools you can actually carry into your daily life.

  • While every gathering flows naturally, here’s a look at how we’ll spend the day:

    We’ll begin with a guided movement session to energize your body and set the tone for the day. From there, you’ll ease into a relaxed, welcoming environment with light bites and time to settle in.

    As the day continues, we’ll move into our signature sessions, including a confidence-building workshop and our Switch conversation centered around nervous system regulation and the small shifts that support a more balanced, aligned life.

    You’ll also have space for reflection, intention-setting, and meaningful connection, all woven in a way that feels natural.

    We’ll close the day feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself and the people around you.

    • This is a one-day experience designed to feel intentional, relaxed, and supportive

    • All movement is beginner-friendly and can be modified to meet you where you are

    • You don’t need prior experience with journaling, workshops, or wellness practices. Just come as you are!

    • The day runs from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Exact location details and what to bring will be shared after booking

    • We’re keeping this gathering small to preserve the experience

Why We Created This

This was built from real experiences, not just ideas.

Maya

Maya’s journey began with a deep passion for nutrition and cooking, but it was shaped by years of trial and error. Like many, she spent time navigating conflicting information and fad diets, believing she was making healthy choices without fully understanding how to properly support her body.

During college, she experienced a shift in her lifestyle and overall well-being, and found herself feeling disconnected from her body. That period led her to take a deeper look at how she was fueling herself and the role nutrition plays in supporting energy, balance, and hormonal health.

Through her continued education in nutrition, she developed a more practical, habit-based approach focused on building sustainable routines rather than chasing extremes. Her philosophy centers around consistency, flexibility, and learning how to nourish your body in a way that fits your life.

She believes nutritious food is not about restriction, but about respect. It is about creating habits that support how you feel, both physically and mentally.

Carolyn

Carolyn’s background as a competitive figure skater shaped her understanding of discipline, movement, and performance from an early age. The intensity of the sport required structure and consistency, while also creating a highly demanding environment, both physically and mentally.

After stepping away from skating, she was faced with redefining her relationship with movement and learning how to support her body in a more balanced and sustainable way. That transition led her to explore new approaches to fitness that prioritized strength, confidence, and long-term well-being over perfection.

As a certified fitness instructor, her approach is rooted in creating a positive and supportive relationship with movement. She focuses on helping others build strength, feel confident in their bodies, and find routines that are both effective and enjoyable.

Her perspective brings a grounded and realistic approach to fitness that meets people where they are and supports lasting change.

Together, their experiences came from different places, but led to the same realization.

Wellness does not have to be extreme to be effective. It can be balanced, sustainable, and still enjoyable.

By bringing together nutrition, movement, and mindset, they created The Switch as a way to help others build habits that support both how they feel and how they live.
